Processing Time
Upon order confirmation and successful payment, in-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
 

Logistics Risk
Once a product leaves the SAPURE warehouse and is delivered to a third-party courier service provider, the risk of damage, loss, or delay shall be borne by the courier company. SAPURE will assist customers in filing claims with the courier company but does not assume direct liability for losses occurring during the logistics process.
 

Cross-Border Taxes
For orders shipped to regions outside of Hong Kong, customers are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, and related customs clearance fees that may be levied by local customs.
